Problems Watching this Forum

I watch this forum and an RPE forum, but haven't received any email since early yesterday afternoon - about 24 hours ago. A visit to the web-site shows that there have been new posts - even a response in a thread that I responded to and is marked as being watched.

Anyone else using this mechanism having problems? If there's no problem at the IBM end, perhaps my organisatioon has decided that ibm.com isn't a trusted source. 8-)
